The focus and passion at HIA is to significantly reduce or eliminate the burden associated with managing vendor relationships and to help our clients be compliant with vendor due diligence and minimize their vendor risk. This organization was developed for the purpose of utilizing the many years of valuable experience and industry knowledge to provide a reliable outsourced solution for vendor management and due diligence.
As financial institutions expand the practice of outsourcing parts of their business, it is essential to identify, assess, monitor, and manage vendor relationships. HIA is an independent insurance agency licensed throughout the Southwest United States and specializing in providing core insurance needs for financial institutions, including CPI, CL/CD, GAP and Warranty programs. 
There are numerous insurance companies providing this type of coverage, each with their respective programs and pricing models. HIA’s mission is to analyze the specific needs of each client and provide the coverage with the most appropriate and cost effective plan available.
As all consumer lenders know, there are numerous hazards and dangers inherent in protecting collateral for secured loans. The above is a summary of the basic protection plans provided through HIA. If and when additional programs become available, we will be the first to represent and provide them to our clients.
